We at Fedex Cape Town offices today 10h20 on 21 December 2021

I am from Pretoria, Gauteng. Imported & paid for delivery via Fedex to be delivered in Cape Town

I had numerous delays & no answer to emails or phone calls with a machine to be delivered in Cape Town

Yesterday it was condirmed that it will be delivered in Cape town today

I booked my airplane ticket and flew this morning I have to deliver & install machine (weight 280kg) today. And fly back tonight. I have to be in durban tomorrow for another delivery

Just to hear now after numerous phonecalls - machine still in JHB

After phone dropped in my ear several times i drove to your fedex branch

NO ASSISTANCE - NO COMMUNICATION - BLANK STARES

NO MANAGER APPEARING

NO HELP

I NEED MY DELIVERY AS SET OUT ON YOUR TRACK AND TRACE TODAY

10h50 no assistance. Still waiting in reception area of FEDEX. Manager camenout but dissappeared again with no assitance.

Manager Paul came out and told us its on the plane to be delievered tomorrow at 9h00 in somerset west

We will update tomorrow

But who is paying extra expenses and appointmnets not met with other clients?
