Fedex Express Unprofessional, Dishonest And ********* Conduct

I ordered for a Parcel from China, my shipment came in 2 weeks ago, when it landed I was called that it will be delivered on the 5/06/2025 All of a sudden after making all attempts to track my parcel and making several attempts to call their customer care who keeps on changing statements, until yesterday I was told that my parcel got lost!! I have called the customs in Johannesburg and called fedex customer service who have confirmed to have received but both can not trace the whereabouts of my parcel which is the high display of Unprofessionalim, Dishonest and ********* Conduct I have ever seen!! VERY PATHETIC!!
