FedEx Express threatening to destroy my parcel
I am very disgusted how I am being threatened by being told my parcel which has arrived from CN is going to be destroyed!!!!!!!!! If I don’t pay today the 21st I have asked kindly to please wait for payment untill Wed the 26 th as the cost for release was higher than expected In theory it is only 2 more working days to hold my parcel as weekends the accounts department does not work
So I would like Management or someone in a higher position to phone me and explain why I’m being told FedEx express will destroy my parcel today ???? I have waited on many occasions for billing delays ect on my side and I have been understanding yet I’m treated like this ?
