I honestly dont know why it takes so long to clear goods with customs but my biggest concern now is that FedEx does not communicate anything I had to call them and ask why my parcel has not been delivered, I had my documents ready and still had to call them and ask who I send them to the person that assisting me is honestly bad with communicating she either doesnt reply emails or takes forever to reply, and to me that is bad service. It's been 5 days since I emailed documents I have no feed back from her when I call in no body knows anything it's honestly frustrating and feel like the lack of communication is slowing down the process, the lady I spoke to today thinks my documents were handed in only today when I sent them 5 days ago. I just want to be communicated how far this clearing is how much longer must I wait.
