FedEx Express South Africa worst service Ever

I Firstly must be be honest, I will never in my life use your company ever again. This has been the worst customer experience I have had from you in fact you guys have been so bad , I dont think theres any company that can compete with yoir bad standards. I have ordered a parcel from China in November 2018 and I am still waiting. Your clearing Agents never get back to you, I always have to follow up. They only get back to you after you CC other people in. I understand customs take time to clear but keeping your customers in the dark, I really don’t understand. This was now my last hope I had for FedEx, I now waited 2 days for a invoice finally paid it, got excited because my stuff is on its way to me. Wow, now its in Durban on the wrong route because I am in Centurion, nice you guys. Now I am still waiting. I promise you I will go as far as telling every person that I meet or know about never to use your company.
