FEDEX EXPRESS SOUTH AFRICA
Absolute pathetic service from Fedex South Africa with expediting urgent shipments containing ship's spares in transit. There seems to be no urgency on their part when dealing with customer queries! Telephone calls are never answered and emails are passed on to various people without any positive feedback! Result is we have missed the delivery to the ship and now have to send it off to another port. Unnecessary costs incurred. And this is not the first time!
