FedEx Express SA / FedEx/ TNT - Waiting for Refund 30 Days +

I am waiting for more than a month now for a Refund. I have worked with Olean & Gail from FedEx Express SA. They keep promising to do a refund for a whole month now.

I am a small business & it affects my cashflow. All Empty promises. They don't answer phones are very slow on email replies. I am very unsatisfied with theirs customer service. I know of more cases like this with people struggling to get Refunds out of FedEx Express SA / TNT
