Fedex Express SA
Firstly, my parcel is picked up. Shipped to America and never delivered to the recipient. I was asked information I didn't know would be important to have. I couldn't provide it. Now my parcel is back in South Africa. Yesterday I receive an email from FedEx to pay tax. I pay it immediately. Only to receive an email today telling me that I should not have payed it. I am now confused. There is an additional amount I'm now billed and tried accessing from my bank account. There is lot of misinformation and miscommunication. I will not pay the amount I'm billed as if I'm not refunded the amount I supposedly shouldn't have sent for taxes.
I'm angry and annoyed.
