FedEx express not helpful

For the past 2 days I have been trying to get information on a package that was to be delivered to me I was told that certain information was required and I didn't know what information they were talking about so I requested assistance from them via text on WhatsApp as to how to obtain this information instead they told me to send them my email address which they just copied and pasted the exact same thing they sent me without giving me info as to how to get the information. I also tried calling the number they gave on the message which seems forever engaged I tried getting the contact info on Google and managed to get in touch with someone that way. The lady was rude in giving the info, when I tried getting something to write on and asked her to repeat the information again (mind you she was speaking softly as well) she drops the call on me... I am having nonstop issues with getting any assistance from them
