Fedex Express is definitely not EXPRESS

My aunt in Florida USA sent us a gift as a surprize present. The event is taking place the 29th of February 2020. Parcel was sent on the 16th Feb and parcel arrived in SA on 17 Feb. We have queried the OUTRAGEOUS amount that we have been charged! ( More than half the value of the parcel). The company where the parcel was sent from has been in contact with Fedex each and every day and every day Fedex has a different story! I have been in contact with Zirina, Kumi and Prudence and also still no answers! One of the answers we got was that we where charged this exuberant amount is because the parcel is getting delivered to a business and the reason therefor is WE MUST WORK for a living and my daughter is the only one that doesnt travel during work hours!
