Fedex Express horrible service

I ask them questions about penalties for a parcel I bought on Alibaba and the supplier sent the parcel with Fedex, they would not answer any of my questions, ended up paying for something I did not do wrong, and continuously asked Shannen Mc Pherson at Fedex what I was paying for. Showed them a screenshot via email that the value of the item was 53 US dollars. They charged me customs and clearance duty for a value of R3611, this is crazy. The beginning of the end for a company that was one of the best out there. Good buy Fedex.
