Fedex Express Devone Papagni
FedEx express but in particulare Devone Papagni are totally useless. It seems that for Devone to explain a document to customs officials is too much trouble. No updates, no interest, and a general "couldn't give a continental F#CK" attitude. The item I ordered cost 26 gbp, fedex charge was 78 gbp , and I had to practically beg for the item to be released from custome because devone papagni is not capable of explaining the charges on an invoice. Pathetic
