FedEx Express - absolutely shocking experience that has cost me thousands of USD.
Terrible experience using FedEx Express! Late delivery, they put incorrect info on commercial invoice cost me thousands of dollars! Will not release my goods even though i have proof of payment! Laugh in your face when you go to their offices to try and sort out their bungles! International company with a good reputation for service, i think not.
