FedEx driver going the extra mile

I had a Takealot delivery out for delivery on 15 June to my work address. The driver called me when he was nearby asking for specific directions. I told him I was not at work that day and asked him what time he'd be back at the FedEx depot. He said between 3 and 4 to which I responded I'd come collect it after 4. At 3.45 he called me again to tell me he was heading back to the depot. When I arrived at the depot the driver met me by my car and handed me my parcel. Fantastic service! Going the extra mile!
