Fedex dont pitch on delivery date. The drops of my credit card without me signing
Mr D used fedex to deliver my FNB credit card. They confirmed for the 27th and then the 28th but never pitched. I had to phone between both fedex and mr D to find out on the 1st of december that the card was droped of the 30th of November. They alowed someone els to sign for my credit card. This person that they confirmed was not even at work the 30th. The card was delivered the 29 th which i had to confirm myself. Fedex was going to give me feedback in a half hour when i was stil trying to find out where my card was but never came back toe me.
