Fedex doesn't deliver
I got a message that my package was with fedex on the 27th of July. It has since been with them even as I type this. I called in on Friday the 6th to get the whereabouts of my package and was assured that it will be delivered on Saturday the 7th. I guess keeping promises is a thing of the past and letting customers know of any changes is unheard of. This is absolutely irritating.
