FedEx doesn't deliver

Order shipped 16 June 1 day after placing it - that's how successful companies do it. After repeated follow ups, 1.5 months later with no responses to my email I still have no parcel. This is not the South African Post Office - this is meant to be a slick international courier.

You are very quick with your templated reply. In previous feedback FedUp also made a promise to give feedback which was not received. I'm not sure if this makes FedUp a bunch of ***** or just ***********.
