Fedex does nothing
Why do I never got the import documents for shipments you have done for my business?
Why do you keep losing commercial invoices?
Why are you not responding to my email requests?
The above are all very basic and simple tasks that Fedex cant seem to get right, yet they are 30% more expensive than DHL.
Fedex, your "service" leaves much to be desired if I have to resort to online reviews just to get you to respond to me - please resolve this problem thats been ongoing for over two years solid now....
