fedex does not want to deliver my parcel

i ordered a book on loot.co.za on monday 5 february and was told by fedex that it would be delivered on friday 9th february. there have been no calls or attempted deliveries even though their online tracker keeps showing false updates like "RECP NOT IN/RESIDENCE CLOSED" when i was there waiting for them to arrive and the complex does not close. they didn't even call. i have called the help center countless times only to be told that the driver "is on the way" when in actual fact he is not. what a bunch of *****.

the level of shoddy service is amazing really, both loot.co.za and fedex express south africa.
