Fedex does NOT perform or care, Period!!
It is pointless adding any further tales of woe, poor service and non-performance by Fedex to the multitudes already listed on this site.
The bottom line is Fedex simply does not care, does not perform and does not deliver.
Simply save yourself a great deal of frustration and disappointment by not useing their service.
