Fedex does not listen!!!
I've been using the services of FedEx at least once a month. Each time I send an email request to exclude documentation from the delivery as I am not personally receiving the goods and the confidential invoices should rather be emailed to me (also saving FedEx money).<br> <br> This request has continuously fallen on deaf ears. This is also not the first time I have had to resort to hellopeter to assist me.<br> <br> Someone please help me!!!

Dear Mayur, thank you for the below mail, this request is a manual process and is not always possible. Once a shipment is in motion it can move through the system before it is delivered.
