Fedex - Do they know where to deliver or can the driver not read.

On numerous occasions I have ordered online from a company. This company seems you use Fedex for their deliveries, but the problem is that Fedex do not deliver to me. Fedex driver decided to deliver it somewhere else. Every single time that Fedex need to deliver something they deliver it somewhere else just because the driver knows the person.
