Fedex delays in delivering parcel

My urgent parcel has been sitting with Fedex since 19.06.23 No one made the effort to contact me to get customs documentation signed. No contact / customer service number works. I finally got a email address from someone at Fedex that I dealt with months ago to redirect my query to the correct department. Signed the Customs forms yesterday, and now have to wait for the invoice. Not sure how long this will take ?? Shocking that you can't get contact details on Fedex's site. The automated / robotic assistance is terrible! Fedex should take the "express" out of their name, cause their service is definitely not express/fast.
