Fedex damages my goods and takes no responsibility
Fedex service is shocking. My goods were damaged by fedex and I lodged a claim with Fedex. Instead off lodging the claim and properly investigating, fedex sends you from Pillar to post. The South African Fedex division is a joke and very happy to pass responsibility to someone else. I am still waiting for my claim to be finalised.
