FedEx Customs clearance agents

Really frustrated and annoyed with the service level from this company. All my parcels in the past that have been brought in were by FedEx as they offered the best rates for our orders out of USA. Lately they've been requesting all these additional documents to process clearance and the more I keep telling the agents that my bank statements are 1 month rolling statements the more they keep asking for it. I've in the the past sent transaction amounts processed on our business account but they say now that it is no longer valid. I've also drafted letters highlighting why a certified bank statement can't be provided until the end of the month and the agents are still asking for it. Are your people blind it *********** to understand the facts I spell out to them?!

Jack up your service or I'll rather look at other service providers and rather pay more for a quality service. I don't have these issues when dealing with DHL.
