Fedex Customer service no reply no service
I have a shipment that is meant to be delivered to me today. The tracking portal says my package is in " Shipment exception ". I am trying to get hold of customer service from FEDEX but it is impossible ...no answer ...no service .How does a Company like Fedex do business like this ?

I think thats what I expected from FEDEX and I think I got more than that . Thank you again for your efficient service ...now to get telephone number to work
