Fedex custom clearing

Honestly I don't think ill ever use fedex again my heart is so sore. My package arrived on the 8th of December today is the 1st of January I still dont have my package I understand fedex may not have control over customs but the communication is terrible I had to call them to check what customs needed from me which they then sent I sent everything but qt thst time didnt have the bank statement I kept calling and calling to follow up no1 every told me fedex is rejecting my reasoning I managed to get statement sent it and after I'm told of s document that I sent I dont understsnd I've been trying to get hold of Nicole shes incharge of clearing my package. One never experienced such bad service I cant get hold of thos Nicole when I call I'm told they will pass message to her to call me back which she hasnt shes doesnt reply to my email honestly its frustrating I just want to know if I'll ever get my package or it's going to vanish in the air and am I able to get someone that will help me because this nicolr couldn't be bothered.
