FEDEX CT - NO CARE, CONCERN OR SERVICE

Yet again, the agony in dealing with Fedex Cape Town office. An ongoing issue with duties charged ...... endless document support and it's all ignored. This has been going on for over 4 years and am quite honestly devastated that Fedex personnel could not give a damn about how they handle the parcels of an elderly woman and the stress she is put under because of it.
