FEDEX CT - A NIGHTMARE

FEDEX CT! I have been assisting an elderly lady with her parcels from the USA. She has been doing this business for over 25 years from Haiwaii, in the past year endless problems with customs duties. I stepped in to assist her, as she was so traumatized by the lack of support from Fedex. We have in detail, explained to Fedex SA the correct HS Tariff # the products in question should fall under, we have provided document support from the supplier - and still duty is charged. When we ask for a VOC - it is taking over a week to do this and this poor lady awaits her parcel to provide her customers their product - her bread and butter business!!! I am shattered as to the blase attitude of the person within Fedex CT .... then they try and deliver the parcel, asking she pays on delivery including duty and she refused - on my advice! Now she waits frantic that her clients are going to cancel on her. Where is the compassion to assist!!!
