FEDEX cross border is the most useless ************* company there is and the what's bad about it is it wasn't my choice to use them I bought clothing from Fanatics UK and Fanatics use FEDEX CROOS BORDER as courier to ship my products from UK side it show s goods checked in at Fedex cross border on the 3rd February 2021 until now I haven't received my goods and last stats was that its in the country of destination and cleared Customs on the 8th of March 2021. When phoning FEEX ON *** THEY CANT HELP WITH LOCATING OR WILL NOT ASSIST AS THEY SAY THEY CANT HELP ME WHERE MUST I GO TO NOW WITH ALL THE TRACKING NUMBERS THEY GAVE ME NO ONE CAN ASSIST FROM FEDEX
