Fedex Courier Company I need my R30 000 with Drone Camera
I need to report Fedex Courier company for delivering empty box of my import parcel worth over R30000, which i believe their driver opened and stole it. I have been in contact with them for about 9 months till now the didn't help me. The parcel went thru the customs and i paid Fedex so as it can cleared. i also sent them the footage of the delivery still they fail to attend to my complain

Thank you for your quick response. I will grant you such short time to investigate while i m also compiling all correspondences i had with your company to lodge a formal complain with ICASA. But that will not stop me from writing review about what i m experiencing about your organisation every month. Considering the lost i have incurred in the absence of the equipment i have entrusted in your company to deliver it safely. The equipment was a replacement of a drone with was being hired and making an income of R1600 every weekend. Now i sitting without such income and equipment for over a period of 9 months.
