Fedex could not clear my shipment

I bought some medicine from India . Every 3 months and I had no problem getting it in South Africa , This is the first time I used Fedex and they said port of health is holding my medicines and I need to get a import Licence from SAHPRA . I never had this problem with any other courier service I used . This is the last time I am Using Fedex . I have to call them every day to ask what’s happening and no one gave me a proper answer . When it was couriered from India I was informed all I need was prescription and which I have provided . And now if I want to send the shipment back I need to pay more to be shipped it seems . Fedex i am sorry to say I shall never use ur service again .
