Fedex Cape Town still no success in delivering my parcel after 5 weeks
Fedex Cape Town has still not delivered my parcel after 5 weeks of arriving in Cape Town. I provide Ashley Ericksen with my banking statement and invoice of my purchase order. The parcel arrived by Fedex on 16th July 2020.
He said he will arrange with SA customs as they requested an inspection. Package was available for clearance on 21 July 2020.
After numerous emails and phones I still have not heard back from him. he told me it would take 3-5 working days for Customs to inspects after the documents was submitted by me.

16 Sept 2020, 12:24Fedex has still not contacted me, I had to call Ashley again.
I paid the Customs Duty (R331.40) & customs penalty (R500) & the Fedex charges (R150 + R256.62) plus VAT for a total of R1,561.11 on Monday 7th September.
Ashley said Fedex finance will pay SARS Customs. Nothing has happened & my parcel is still not delivered.
