Fedex BY FAR THE WORST!!!!

By FAR the WORST courier service! We landed up having to go through people at TNT (Because apparently TNT will become Fedex Express) But what terrible service! You cannot get hold of anyone at Fedex because NO one ever answers the phones no matter what option you press for.... I have emails from people at TNT who now also have Fedex emails but no one can even have the decency to reply half the time and when you phone no one knows what is going on! When TNT was its own company it was a pleasure dealing with them but since Fedex has become part of them its an absolute nightmare! We sent through proof of payment on the 22 July and still have no parcel. No update on the system, its been the same for about two weeks so we cant even track it ourselves... If i could give Fedex 0 stars i really would. Most unpleasant experience and because of them our company is taking the strain as we need our products.
