FEDEX - BEYOND USELESS
WE ARE DELIVERING - that is what there website says - a parcel arrived in SA in June. we still do not have it - we shipped the goods via sea - we have those - but the goods that was sent via air - are still not delivered. i counted 50 e-mails to various people at FEDEX - no action - I WILL ADVISE ANYONE AND EVERYONE TO NEVER USE FEDEX - THEY ARE USELESS.
