FEDEX - BEYOND EXCELLENT SERVICE
If it wasn't for Lucean Simmers , this review would have gone a lot different! I had a priority package posted to the US which then got stuck in customs , after speaking to multiple service agents , i was lucky to end up with Lucean , he was so informative in explaining to me what was happening and why... he made me feel calm and relaxed , even though i really was so frustrated of my package was in transit for 9 days. He followed up with me , and went way over and above my expectation. Thank you Lucean @FED-EX you need to clone this guy immediatly!
