fedex bad service
Disgusting company to work with - very unprofessional. we have been waiting for a shipment for over a week after paying and being told it will be dispatched last week. they only have a call centre to contact where no one has a clue when or oif they answer - emails are not responded to at all . We will NEVER use them again

03 May 2023, 08:20Thank you for replying - if only you worked in their offices - the goods were urgent medical goods and we have asked daily for a week with promises that the shipment is in transit !!!! - has it gone back to the country of origin ?? as that only took 4 days to get to SA
