Fedex bad service

Very unprofessional personnel that I dealt with. Was given a quotation to have parcels sent overseas. Once parcels were delivered, they invoiced me 6 times more the amount of quotation. They eventually passed a credit, but yet still not correct. Still invoiced me double of what I was quoted. Still disputed this as I have the proof of the actual weight received overseas, but yet they refuse to credit me. I could understand if a few kilos over but not from 80.6kg to 189kg. Boxes were packed, sealed then weighed for them to quote us. I will never recommend them to anyone again. Even the driver arrived to collect our parcels without any documentation to sign for collection, I had to write everything manually and make him sign it. I doubt they even took the time to investigate the issue.
