Fedex bad customer service
Swikelani Baloyi from fedex the worst customer service I have ever had this agent fro fedex Johannesburg called me to put me in my place cause I was sending multiple emails to her Fustrated as to what is going on with my package. Fedex employees are so unprofessional and I know she's holding my package now cause it was suppose to be delivered on the 19 of last month and its still not delivered yet. Asking me for all types of documents which I send but still the statues of my package still delayed
