Fedex at its Worse
Terrible service - no email address to query, no telephone number to query. The 0800 numbers either are none Not in Use or they are totally animated - no human to talk to. I took a document to Post Link Kleinmond to delivery to UK. Post Link created a label and swore that it was collected by Fedex. Fedex still have it showing as at Kleinmond Post Link 13days later? Now how are you supposed to get hold of this company to query the problem.
