Fedex - appalling customer service
Whatever you do, do not use FedEx to delivery urgent packages timeously! I have been waiting for a package sent from the USA in November last year. Cannot get any decent response from FedEx to my calls and emails. Have requested a call from a Manager to discuss, to no avail. Their customer service is appalling and if you look at other Hellopeter reviews, that have done absolutely nothing to correct the problem with their staff. USE DHL RATHER - AT LEAST THEY RESPOND TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.
