Fedex and TNT now one company - service is twice as bad
Wish I could have zero stars. Fedex in South Africa is terrible. currently they do not have a functioning customs clearance system in place. The backlog at OR Tambo is huge. Staff must clear manually - which many are incapable of doing without the computerised system. Many mistakes with penalties from Customs resulting in further delays DO NOT USE THEM
