Fedex and SAPO, similar levels of service
I am convinced that this so called courier company has been bought by the South African Post Office. Their service is abysmal.

19 Oct 2020, 12:43Good idea, this shipment left the UK over a month ago.***. Absolutely unacceptable. You phones are not even answered today. Did you forget to pay your telephone account or are you going into business rescue.
