Fedex and hidden cost

Hi,

I dont have a issue paying vat and any additional cost required for my package to be delivered if it was a international purchase. But i have an issue when i have to phone fedex for an update and then get informed that i will only need to pay vat and them a invoice gets send with al different costs and fedex just say i am sorry but you had to know that customs can charge what ever they want. I am sorry if you know that this can happen inform your customers. I had to pay more for this invoice to get it delivered than the actual package plus it was not even delivered when it was said it would.
