Fedex always delays!!
Shipped 2 Parcels from the US,One with DHL and one With Fedex. Guess which one arrived first and which one has not arrived, although it was due the 4 November 2018 already.Last update on parcel was 2 November 2018.Then only 4 days later I get a mail asking for Al sorts of Paper work,which I sent and then told not to Query again until 5 days has past as this is how long customs takes. BTW both parcels had the same category items in.Front Brake rotors and rear Brake rotors??? Its a Joke!!

10 Jan 2019, 13:59Its now been 2 months and I have not received my parcel .I have to constantly follow up myself. I get no answers otherwise or feedback and then it is the same rhetoric again blaming customs,Involving higher-ups etc.etc .Yet still no resolve.....Pathetic

01 Feb 2019, 09:28Fedex,So here I am again.Still no parcel.No clear way forward.Same Memo sent to Fedex from Sars sent to me in November 2018 is sent to me again 1 Febuary 2019 to try and convince me that Fedex is working on the hold up.I am unfortunatlly educated and can read and write.So 3 months and I am still where I was with a lot of hot air,but no results. I sincerely hope I am the only customer that is experiencing this absolute poor,poor service.How does one not get angry at such poor service??A real dog and Pony show!!!
