FEDEX AGAIN - COLOSSAL F**K UP!!!
I need to ask a question, is it possible that your outfit just keeps doing worse by the day?? this just dont make sense, the reason for my question is that, you know there is a shipment coming in, you wont reach out to the consignee to receive details for clearance, you rather sit back and then take the delivery date off and write there that you need details to clear, am i the one to do your job for you?? Why are you soo stuck on being the worse courier guys ever?? is this something you take pride in and hope to keep doing?
