FEDEX: A Nightmare of Incompetence, Negligence, and Dishonesty 😡

Subject: FEDEX - The worst courier service ever!

To whom it may concern,

I am writing this complaint to express my utter disgust and frustration with the appalling service that I have received from FEDEX. You are the most ***********, unprofessional, and dishonest courier company that I have ever dealt with. You have no clue how to run a business, let alone an international one. You are a disgrace to the industry and to the country.

I have been waiting for four days for a parcel that was sent from China to SA, which you have failed to deliver due to your own negligence and stupidity. You contacted me to clear the parcel and to confirm the tariff codes, which I did promptly and correctly. However, you ignored my instructions and used the wrong tariff codes, resulting in an incorrect amount. Then, you had the audacity to deliver the parcel and demand the payment, which I refused to make until you corrected the invoice. You then snatched the parcel back and told me to wait until you sorted out the issue.

Since then, I have been calling you every day, only to be transferred from one clueless call center agent to another, who have no idea what they are doing or talking about. They keep telling me that they will get back to me, but they never do. They also have the nerve to hang up on me when I ask to speak to a manager or a team leader, who are apparently too busy or too ***ardly to face me. You have also tried to shift the blame to me and to Customs, claiming that it is a customs issue and that I have to wait. This is a blatant lie and a pathetic attempt to cover up your own mistake. You have not provided me with any proof or explanation of what is going on. You have not apologized or offered any compensation for the inconvenience and the delay. You have not shown any respect or care for me as a customer.

You have breached the contract and violated my rights as a consumer. You have wasted my time and money. You have caused me stress and anxiety. You have ruined my trust and confidence in you. You have shown me that you are nothing but a joke, a ****, and a failure.
