My parcel was sent BY FEDEX EXPRESS from UK to Johannesburg South Africa on the 12th July and to be delivered on Friday the 14th then because of a delay, on the 17th which never happened, tomorrow it will be three weeks and no parcel. Inspite of numerous emails back and forth providing with what they need to trace it there just is no response whatsoever so ever and IF you get to speak to a real person the system is down and they say they will call you which does not happen. Seems to me I am just another poor statistic of the so many (check their Facebook) victims who had experieced pathetic unreliable dissatisfied and disappointing service from FEDEX. THEY CAN NEVER BE RECOMMENDED
