FEDEX George... Please can you get hold of me. I have been waiting almost one month for a gift from my sister. I can't get hold of FedEx via phone or email or virtual chat. I got something today saying that now I need to pay clearance? For a gift? My sister in the UK was told all was inclusive. We have been told our parcel was to be delivered three weeks ago and nothing. I know you are back logged and short staffed but please can someone communicate with me. You have my email and phone number on the many forms I have filled out in the contact section. Thank you
