Fedex
My parcel was delivered in Johannesburg on the 12/0719 then got a call from one the fedex agents to tell me that my parcel has been held by customs I have to send a bank statement with my name on it and proof of payment of my parcel I did that now Kelly Ann keep telling me Paperwork is still pending with the customs. This is unexpecable how this company works they sit and relax with your parcel without any help. Fedex I don’t know why your company is still exists. B
